Can I use insurance?

No insurance is accepted. For therapy, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement on request.

Are coaching sessions sold one at a time?

Coaching is offered as an eight-session package. This structured, eight-session program helps separated and divorced parents move beyond recurring conflict and create a co-parenting system that works in real life.

Can both parents attend coaching?

Yes. I work with one parent or both parents. With the right support, families can move from conflict cycles into calm, clear decision-making that protects what matters most: your child's well-being.

What does the Circle include?

Bi-weekly drop-in group coaching calls on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern, with live Q&A.

Is the consult really free?

Yes. The complimentary consult is 20 to 30 minutes with no cost.
