Frequently Asked Questions
Coparent Coaching
What is coparent coaching?
A structured, forward-focused process that helps parents shift out of reactive patterns and into child-centered systems. We don't diagnose or resolve the past. We build what comes next.
Do both parents have to take part?
No. It's ideal when both parents engage, but meaningful change can happen with one committed parent.
What frameworks do you use?
Tools like BeH2O®'s CLEAR model for communication and the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. posture, to help you lead with strength and stability even when things get tense.
What if my coparent is rigid or disengaged?
We focus on what you can control: boundaries, emotional posture, communication tools, and how you show up for your child.
How long is the program?
Eight sessions, each 60 to 75 minutes, online. If appropriate, we can co-create a written parenting agreement along the way.
Therapy
Who can see you for therapy?
Massachusetts residents only, because I'm licensed in Massachusetts. Therapy can help with ruminating thoughts, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, or a sense of helplessness after a painful experience.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coparent coaching is not therapy, legal advice or mediation.
Can I get a superbill?
Superbills are only for therapy. For therapy clients, a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement is available on request.
How do I get started?
Do you meet in person?
No. Telehealth only, from Westwood, Massachusetts. You book a free 20 to 30 minute consult directly into my calendar.
Do you accept insurance?
No. All work is private pay. Contact me for current rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice, or the full session fee.
The Coparent Coaching Circle
When does the Circle meet?
The first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern.
What does it cost?
$25 per month. There's no long-term commitment: come when you can, skip when you need to, cancel anytime.
Co-Parenting Workbooks & Parenting Plan Tools
Which workbooks do you offer?
